Rehab of Beach Haven West Sewer (Currently in Phase 5). Led to
improvement of water quality for over 186 acres of Bayfront. Unheard of in State
of NJ.

Rehab of parks throughout town.

ADA Playground built at Manahawkin Lake. Communication Boards installed at
numerous parks.

Road Rating to ensure the worst roads receive priority.

Lagoon survey resulting in the first ever Township-wide permits on dredging.

Rebuilt communication with our Federal, State, County and local partners resulting in millions of dollars in Grants.

Municipal storm water (MS4) permit and storm water compliance to ensure better
drainage in the Township.

Sustainable Jersey Certifications: Bronze Certified 2020, Silver Certified 2023.

Township’s bond rating increased to AA in the S&P and from Aa3 to an Aa2 in Moody’s,
the first upgrades in Township history.

In 2022, the Township was recognized as a "Healthy Up and Coming Town" and in 2023
was awarded the "Healthy Town" designation with the New Jersey Health Care Quality
Institute’s Mayors Wellness Campaign. This is the highest designation and highlights the
focus on mental health, older adults, and connecting the community to available health
and wellness resources.

Plan Endorsement approved by the State Planning Commission of New Jersey in 2022.

Accreditation Commission for the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police
